4. Delivery

After successfully receiving your payment, CMA Interactive Corp. will contact you within 1 business day to initiate setup of your product. If you have not received a call from us after 1 business day please contact us and a representative will be glad to help.

5. Refund / Cancellation Policy

CMA Interactive Corp. offers peace of mind. No hidden fees and no contracts so you may cancel anytime. If you’re not satisfied with our subscriptions and products get 100% refund (setup fee and first month of service) within 30 days of sign up. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. Price Changes

CMA Interactive Corp. reserves the right at any time to modify product plans (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to CMA Interactive Corp.’s web site. Price changes will not apply to existing customers.

7. Limitations

In no event shall CMA Interactive Corp. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CMA Interactive Corp.’s Internet site, even if CMA Interactive Corp. or a CMA Interactive Corp. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
